Cool but takes forever

I have fun making my own designs using this app! Ive made a lot that I want to give as gifts to my sister and other family and friends. However, when I tried it last month, I order a shirt on September 7, 2016 and still have not received it! It is now Oct. 2, 2016. The app said it would have a 2-5 day shipping time and then another 7-14 days for delivery after that. Its been a full month and my sisters birthday already passed, so she didnt have her present. Im really disappointed and dont think Ill use this app next time. Ill try another t-shirt company.
